The system works on a closed-loop plug tray conveying principle:

Feed is stored in weatherproof FRP/galvanized silos.
The plug tray host drives a high-strength plastic chain with nylon plugs, moving feed through enclosed pipelines.
Feed is dispensed via adjustable drop feeders to troughs or feeders at preset times and quantities.
The control box manages feeding schedules, line speed, and alerts, while optional load cells provide real-time inventory data.
