The Gongfu Brand HGF5180ZSLF6 bulk feed transport truck is a new environmentally friendly feed transport vehicle modified using a Category II automotive chassis. The truck features a set of auger conveying superstructures. Power is taken from the chassis via the power take-off (PTO), driving the hydraulic pump through the transmission shaft. The hydraulic pump drives hydraulic motors which, in turn, drive the tank auger, the vertical lift auger, and the discharge auger. Hydraulic cylinder extension/retraction enables the lifting and lowering of the discharge auger. Worm gear rotation enables left/right adjustment (±180°) of the discharge auger. Opening the tank gate switch allows feed from a specific compartment to be released. Finally, feed is conveyed to the silo. The truck offers convenient feed handling, fast and easy unloading, excellent tank sealing, and eliminates secondary pollution, fully meeting the biological safety requirements of the livestock industry.
Basic Structure of the Bulk Feed Transport Truck:

1.1 Automotive Chassis:
Gongfu brand bulk feed transport trucks can use Dongfeng, Shacman, Liuqi, FAW Jiefang series, and other mature domestic Category II automotive chassis.
1.2 Tank Structure:
Composed of the load-bearing tank body, auger conveying mechanism, lifting and rotating mechanism, gate switch, loading hatches, hatch covers, ladder, etc. Performs tasks of loading, storing, and unloading bulk feed, grains, and other expanded media.
2.1.3 Hydraulic System:
This system consists of a hydraulic dual vane pump, manual multi-way valve, motors, and cylinders. The hydraulic pump is driven by the chassis PTO, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. The high-pressure hydraulic oil discharged by the pump is directed through the multi-way valve's flow paths to drive the respective motors and cylinders, converting hydraulic energy back into mechanical energy, thereby achieving the unloading operation for bulk feed, grains, and other expanded media.
2.1.4 Control System:
Operated via the multi-way valve levers, it controls the corresponding hydraulic actuators to perform the required actions for unloading bulk feed, grains, and other expanded media.
2.1.5 Tank Structure:
The feed tank equipped with this vehicle is a sealed structure. The tank interior can be partitioned into multiple compartments to load different types of feed as needed. The top of the tank is equipped with loading hatches and covers. Opening the hatch covers allows feed loading into the compartments. The hatches are fitted with high-quality sealing strips for effective sealing to preserve feed freshness, prevent rainwater leakage, and ensure feed biological safety.
2.2.1 Feed Loading: Open the hatch cover(s) on the top of the tank body and load an appropriate amount of feed into the compartment(s). Then securely close the hatch cover(s) to complete the loading operation.
2.2.2 Feed Transport: After completing the loading operation, ensure the hatch covers are locked and the gate is closed before commencing transport.
2.2.3 Lifting and Unloading: Drive the vehicle to the unloading position near the silo, apply the parking brake, and ensure the vehicle is stable. Depress the vehicle clutch pedal, engage the PTO switch, and slowly release the clutch pedal. The hydraulic pump will start working. After completing these actions, unloading operations can begin using the control system.
1.Before operating this vehicle, carefully read the "Bulk Feed Transport Truck Operation and Maintenance Manual". Only operate the vehicle after familiarizing yourself with all operational steps.
During operation, stay clear of moving parts and areas where pinching or crushing can occur. Pay special attention to the safety of hands, arms, and head.

Hydraulic Bulk Feed Transport Truck Operation Guide
Discharge Auger - Strictly Prohibit Reverse Rotation!
Hydraulic Design Specifications - Lift/Lower Slowly & Carefully!
Position the vehicle at a suitable unloading spot, engage the parking brake. Prevent rolling! Engage the PTO.
Adjust the discharge auger position using the control valve so the outlet aligns with the silo inlet. Ensure the outlet tube does NOT touch the silo inlet directly to avoid damage during vibration.
Start the discharge auger (Forward Rotation), THEN start the tank auger (Forward Rotation). Follow this sequence strictly to prevent feed blockage.
Pull down the gate switch lever to open the gate and start unloading. Initially, do not open the gate fully to prevent fast feed flow causing auger blockage. Once flow stabilizes, open the gate fully for continuous unloading.
After the tank compartment is empty, FIRST stop the tank auger. Wait a few seconds, THEN stop the discharge auger.
Push the gate switch lever upwards to close the gate and secure it.
If unloading multiple compartments, repeat the above steps for each one.
After unloading all material, retract the augers. Operate the control valve to lift the discharge auger and rotate it to the appropriate position. Then, operate the control valve to lower the discharge auger onto the auger bracket on the vehicle body.
Depress the clutch and disengage the PTO switch in the cab.
Hydraulic System Warning: Avoid frequent or abrupt operation of the hydraulic control valve! This increases hydraulic system load and may cause overheating and component damage!
Prompt: Before starting unloading operations with the vehicle in neutral and parking brake applied, depress the vehicle clutch pedal, then move the PTO control lever to the "Engaged" position. Engage the PTO. Finally, slowly release the clutch pedal; the hydraulic pump will start working. Only after completing these actions can the unloading operation begin. When driving or not working, ensure the PTO control lever is returned to the "Disengaged" position. To disengage the PTO, depress the clutch pedal first, then operate the lever.
※ Precautions
Ensure vehicle and personnel safety. Before parking to unload, observe the surrounding environment for safety. Park the vehicle on level, firm ground, away from buildings, overhead power lines, and other obstacles.
If equipped with a discharge chute dust cover, OPEN it BEFORE lifting the discharge auger.
Strictly prohibit performing left/right rotation when the discharge auger is NOT in the raised position.
Strictly prohibit standing under the discharge auger arm when it is in the raised position.
Do not exceed the vehicle's rated payload capacity. For this series, the rated payload must not exceed 9000 kg. Overloading may cause vehicle fishtailing or even rollover during transit.
In cold winter temperatures: If operating the multi-way valve controls yields no response, briefly increase engine RPM ("blip" the throttle). Wait for the hydraulic system to circulate and warm up, then operate the multi-way valve again.
After completing unloading operations, promptly disengage the PTO to ensure the hydraulic pump is not running, especially when the vehicle engine is shut off.
Generally, do not adjust the pressure settings of the hydraulic multi-way valve. All settings are calibrated before the vehicle leaves the factory.
Before moving the vehicle, ensure the discharge auger is fully retracted and secured on its bracket as per the steps above to avoid hazards.
When the lift cylinder nears its full extension limit (i.e., the discharge auger reaches its maximum elevation angle, approx. 60°), release the multi-way valve lever to stop the cylinder. Avoid reaching the extreme limit routinely, as this increases system pressure unnecessarily and can damage hydraulic components and structures.
Special Reminders:
Strictly prohibit transporting any media other than bulk feed, grains, or other expanded granular media!
Loading and unloading operations must be conducted on level ground!
When cleaning, disinfecting, or drying the vehicle, ALWAYS disconnect the vehicle power supply and drain the air reservoir!
Do not exceed the rated payload capacity of the tank body!
